Biobased, sustainable economy, bioeconomy and circular economy were the main topics of the German Biotechnology Days on 28 and 29 March. For our client BIO.NRW we were again on the lookout for interesting pictures and voices from the sector of the future.

And they once again indicated how much Germany must be careful not to squander its successes at the science and start-up level on the way to scaling up and industrial application. Whether founder, entrepreneur, politician or association representative, the term “crossroads” came up strikingly often and shows how dynamic and competitive biotechnology is worldwide.
